This video series offers facilities a means to quickly bring new employees up to speed and refresh existing employees of all the important industry best practices involved in providing health care services. They accomplish this without burdening existing staff in conducting training sessions.  The cartoon cast of characters and their Avatars offer an entertaining and more consistent presentation of the concepts while at the same time providing course completion certificates and tracking for facility administrators.  While these 20 videos present primary topics with industry best practices in mind, employees should always follow their employer's policies, practices and procedures. There is no obligation for enrollment and you can watch the first video at no cost. Below is a list of all the video lessons contained in the Long Term Care Orientation101 course.

There is also 1 free video lesson you can watch to see what you think. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- To enroll all of your Facility's Team Members in the course, CLICK the "Enroll Button" at the bottom of the page and select the package that represents the number of Team Members in your facility. Your enrollment will establish your Facility's account and you will be designated as the Account Administrator for your Facility. As the administrator, you will be able to log into your dashboard for tracking and reporting of Team Member progress. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Once enrolled, you will need to provide a list of Team Members to us for uploading and enrolling into the course. The list needs to include First Name, Last Name and desired eMail address to be used for log-in. The list must be in the form of an Excel or CSV (comma separated value) file format. Once the list of Team Members is loaded, each Team Member will be notified by eMail to reset their personal password. Completion Certificates are issued to each team member upon their passing of each lesson's quiz.
